Car Stuck in Sand in Dubai?
If your car, SUV or 4x4 is stuck in soft sand, stop spinning the wheels and send us your live location. Our recovery team provides 24/7 assistance across Dubai desert areas, including Al Qudra, Lahbab and Margham.
What to Do If Your Car Is Stuck in Sand
Stop wheel spin
Repeated acceleration can dig the tyres deeper and make recovery harder.
Stay with the vehicle
Your vehicle is easier to locate than a person walking through the desert.
Send your live location
Share your WhatsApp location and, if possible, a photo showing how the vehicle is stuck.
Recovery for Cars, SUVs and 4x4s
Different vehicles get stuck in different ways. We assess the position before recovery and use suitable equipment and recovery points.
Regular Cars
Sedans and hatchbacks can bog down quickly on soft access tracks and desert edges.
SUVs
Two-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive SUVs often lose traction when sand becomes deep or loose.
4x4 Vehicles
Patrols, Land Cruisers, Defenders and G-Class vehicles can become high-centred or buried on dunes.

Car Stuck in Sand FAQs
Should I keep trying to drive out?
If the tyres are spinning and the vehicle is sinking, stop. Continuing can bury the wheels and chassis deeper.
Can you recover a two-wheel-drive car?
Yes. We recover normal cars as well as SUVs, 4x4s and buggies.
Should I reduce tyre pressure?
Lower tyre pressure can help in soft sand, but only if you know the safe pressure for your vehicle and have a way to reinflate. If unsure, call us first.
What information should I send?
Your live location, vehicle type, number of passengers and a photo of the stuck vehicle are the most useful details.
